Refund and Cancellation Policy

Introduction
At The Tumble Gym, we strive to provide exceptional service and programs to our members. We understand that circumstances may arise which require cancellations or refunds. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of memberships, classes, and events. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Membership Fees

1. Non-Refundable Fees: Membership fees are non-refundable once payment has been processed. This applies to all membership levels and durations.

2. Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice. However, no refunds will be issued for any remaining period of the membership.

Class and Program Fees

1. Refunds: Class and program fees are non-refundable. In special circumstances, such as a medical condition with a doctor’s note, we may consider partial refunds or credits towards future classes. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Missed Classes: No refunds or credits will be provided for missed classes. We offer make-up classes for those missed due to illness or other valid reasons, subject to availability and scheduling.

3. Class Cancellations: If The Tumble Gym cancels a class or program, we will offer a full refund or a credit towards future classes, based on your preference.

Event Fees

Refunds: Event fees are non-refundable. This includes fees for special events, workshops, and competitions.

Event Cancellations: If an event is canceled by The Tumble Gym, participants will receive a full refund or a credit towards a future event.

Camps and Special Programs

1. Refunds: Camp and special program fees are refundable up to 30 days before the start date, minus a Rs 500 administrative fee. No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the start date.

2. Cancellation by The Tumble Gym: If The Tumble Gym cancels a camp or special program, a full refund will be provided.

Private Lessons

1. Cancellations: Private lessons must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full amount.

2. Refunds: Fees for private lessons are non-refundable. However, if The Tumble Gym cancels a lesson, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

Medical and Special Circumstances

1. Medical Cancellations: If a member is unable to participate in classes or programs due to a medical condition, a pro-rated refund or credit may be provided upon submission of a doctor’s note.

2. Special Circumstances: We understand that unexpected situations can arise. Requests for refunds or credits due to special circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Processing Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 15 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during registration. For credit card payments, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Changes to This Policy

The Tumble Gym reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. We will notify members of any significant changes by posting the updated policy on our website. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
