A clear price before payment. A recoverable confirmation afterward.
Before purchase
Paid pilot access is not open. Final cancellation, access duration and refund terms require approval before any purchase is accepted.
Payment recovery
If a future payment is captured but confirmation is interrupted, use Check payment status. Do not pay again before checking. Signed payment notifications also recover confirmed access.
Refunded access
Confirmed full refunds revoke the access granted by that order. Partial refunds are tracked separately. Contact Tumble support for review; no automated refund promise is made.
